Wayne has deep roots in the local community and a genuine understanding of the insurance needs of its residents. Wayne started his insurance journey in 1994 with State Farm Insurance. In 2001, he opened the Wayne Conley State Farm Insurance Agency serving the Chicago and Northwest Indiana communities.
